Our HR department supports our entire organization by managing hiring, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. HR ensures our teams are equipped, trained, and supported so they can deliver exceptional results for our clients. This role maintains company culture, oversees performance processes, and ensures our staff have the resources they need to succeed.

Brand Ambassador

Brand Ambassadors help execute our fundraising and promotional events on the ground. They support setup, customer engagement, brand representation, and event breakdown. Their focus is to create a positive donor or customer experience while accurately communicating our clients’ missions and offers. Brand Ambassadors help maintain event flow and ensure campaign goals are met.

TELECOMM AMBASSADOR

Ambassadors manage business to business outreach on behalf of our clients. They introduce partner businesses to our clients’ programs, deliver value driven presentations, build relationships, and drive sales or fundraising results. This role is responsible for maintaining professionalism, generating leads, closing deals, and representing the client’s brand with integrity in the commercial sector.

Event/ CHARITY Coordinator

Event Coordinators oversee the full execution of client campaigns at event locations. They handle scheduling, site management, inventory, team performance, and event logistics. Coordinators ensure each event runs efficiently, meets compliance standards, aligns with client messaging, and achieves target results. They serve as the point of contact between our clients and event teams.

Administrator

Administrators support day to day office operations to keep the company running smoothly. They manage documentation, data entry, reporting, scheduling, and internal communication. Their responsibilities include maintaining records for HR and operations, preparing materials for campaign teams, and ensuring workflow consistency across departments.

Recruiter

Recruiters identify, attract, and screen top talent to grow our event, sales, and leadership teams. They manage job postings, candidate outreach, interviews, and onboarding coordination. This role ensures we bring on motivated individuals who align with our performance driven culture and our clients’ expectations.

Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to company leadership. They manage calendars, prepare reports, coordinate meetings, handle communication, and assist with strategic projects. This role ensures executives stay organized, informed, and focused on driving company growth.

Team Lead

Team Leads support the development and performance of our field teams. They train new representatives, guide daily campaign activity, oversee event or sales execution, and model high, quality customer and donor interactions. Team Leads act as mentors, helping their teams reach goals, maintain compliance, and represent clients with excellence.

Business Development Manager

Business Development Managers play a central role in driving growth for both clients and the company. Their goals focus on building strong partnerships, delivering effective direct marketing solutions, and ensuring every campaign achieves measurable impact.

Not at all. We provide hands-on training and mentorship. Work-ethic and willingness to learn are more valuable to us than prior experience.

Our training is immersive and hands-on. All employees start out training by learning client interaction, problem solving, and leadership skills through guided mentorship.
