I graduated from University of Kentucky in 2010 and started entry level position in January 2011. I loved learning the sales and leadership in the early days, it truly changed how I communicated and empowered me to become a better leader. I started my very first office in September 2011 in Grand Rapids, MI. I opened that market with only one other employee besides myself; today, I have 1,000 people of whom I consult nation wide. I moved my business to Cincinnati in March 2012 and have been honored to promote hundreds of people into management since then.Today, I focus on delivering best-in-class service to our amazing clients. For fun, I enjoy spending time with my loving husband Luke and son Fox.

Manuel Bompart, originally from Venezuela, built his career in the U.S. after earning a degree in Economics and Business. Since 2017, he has worked with organizations across the country, gaining extensive experience in leadership and market expansion. Today, he leads the Charity Division alongside Jessica Vihtelic, focusing on developing people, expanding markets, and scaling leadership nationwide. His approach is driven by growth, competition, and building leaders who can succeed across the U.S.

Mike Volski, a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, has built a diverse career since 2012 across sales, marketing, event coordination, and financial analysis. His experience spans both operational and financial functions, allowing him to support business growth from multiple angles. He currently oversees financial strategy while supporting overall organizational performance and working closely with sales professionals across the organization.

Jillian Malloy began her career with 99 Exposure in 2019 after graduating from Eastern Kentucky University. Starting in an entry-level role, she quickly advanced through the training program and successfully managed her first company in Fort Wayne, Indiana. With experience in leadership and recruiting, she now oversees hiring efforts and helps develop new talent within the organization.

Amy Dearfield

Amy Dearfield, originally from Columbus, Ohio, graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Radio and Television Communications and Marketing. She also trained in special effects makeup at Makeup Designory in Burbank, California. Before entering this industry in October 2017, Amy spent more than 10 years with MAC Cosmetics and worked as a professional makeup artist for weddings and events. She was promoted to ownership in March 2019, ran her business in Cincinnati for about six and a half years, and transitioned in August 2025 to work alongside Mike Volski as a hub manager focused on operations and finance.
